This Privacy Policy explains how Unique Advance Office System Sdn Bhd (“UA Office”, “we”, “us”) collects and uses your personal data when you visit www.uaoffice.my or submit an enquiry, in accordance with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us when you submit an enquiry form: your name, company name, email address, phone number, and the message you write.
- Information collected automatically as you browse: your IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, and referring source, via cookies and similar technologies (see Section 4).
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, and provide our products and services.
- To communicate with you about your enquiry and, where relevant, related offerings.
- To measure and improve our advertising and website — including understanding which marketing sources lead to genuine enquiries, so we can spend our advertising budget more effectively.
- To protect the website from spam and abuse (for example via Google reCAPTCHA).
3. Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, namely:
- Google — for website analytics (Google Analytics 4), advertising performance measurement (Google Ads, including matching enquiries back to ad clicks), and spam protection (reCAPTCHA).
- HubSpot — for website analytics and customer-relationship tracking.
- Our own customer-relationship system (crm.uaoffice.my) used to manage and follow up your enquiry.
These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We may also disclose data where required by law.
4. Cookies and advertising measurement
We use cookies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement. When you arrive from a Google ad, we record the ad-click identifier (a “GCLID”) so we can later tell Google — in aggregate, for measurement — that your enquiry came from that click. This helps us improve which ads we show. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect site functionality.
5. By submitting the enquiry form
By submitting an enquiry, you agree to be contacted about your request and to your information being used as described in this Policy, including for advertising measurement with Google as set out in Sections 2 to 4.
6. Retention
We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for our legitimate business and legal purposes, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under the PDPA you may request access to, or correction of, your personal data, or withdraw consent to its use, by contacting us at sales@uaoffice.my. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer process your enquiry.
